Glass Reflections Theatre Collective is a Toronto-based not-for-profit organization dedicated to the emerging artist and the facilitating the development of new theatrical work. We exist to develop and engage opportunities to explore work primarily created by those who identify as women and underserved in the arts community at large. We also hold interests in discovering and implementing environmentally sustainable practices in our productions and community activities.

Our Mission…

  • To create theatre that addresses the interests and needs of both the up and coming generation of theatre artists and audience members.

  • To foster new work development that reflect the voices of the coming generation and to re-interpret existing works so that they are meaningful to our artists and audience.

Our Values…

  • Providing Opportunities – Glass Reflections will not discriminate against any artist on the basis of age, color, race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, class, or religious affiliation. Glass Reflections will choose to hire artists who identify as minorities, are with disability, or have less access to opportunities whenever possible. Glass Reflections also has a minimum standard where it will not at any given time engage more male than female or gender-fluid artists.

  • Environmentally Mindful – Glass Reflections will choose environmentally friendly options whenever possible and avoid unsustainable resources and/or practices.
