About Bonds Beyond

For the past year, Glass Reflections has been working with Colleen Osborn to develop Bonds Beyond as a part of our Incubator Project. Bonds Beyond is a technology-heavy play set ten minutes in the future where the dead never really die, and the living don’t get a chance to mourn them.

 

Character Breakdown

Tom (mid-20s) –unsatisfied; morose momma’s boy lost and looking for answers

Marnie (mid-30s) – feisty; attractive; once famous actress who works for Bonds Beyond

Celeste (50s) – Tom’s mother, spiritual; deceased uploaded consciousness

Uncle (late 40s) – Celeste’s slightly younger brother, brash and wealthy activist

Betty (late 50s) – nosy, opinionated, butt-kisser

Jet (20-25) – pop-musician, vacuous, entitled and eager

 

*Some of these characters may be double cast

 

~We are looking for actors of ALL GENDERS between the ages of 20 and late 50’s~

Auditions

Auditions will be held between late August and the beginning of September.

Rehearsals

Rehearsals will run late September to Oct. 25th

​

Tech Week/Show

Tech: October 25th-26th | Show: October 27th-29th at the Array Space, our presenting partner.
